From the moment I learned to form sentences, I have been crafting original stories and poetry.

For the past ten years, I have written extensively for nonprofits and social service organizations, developing everything from strategic communication plans and website copy to news articles and social media content. My experience also includes designing social service program curricula and communication skills course materials. Beyond my professional writing, my poetry has been published in subTerrain Magazine.

In elementary school, I was recognized by my teachers for 'always offering to help.'
